Student Life Camp – Take Heart

Bethany Students will be traveling to Shocco Springs in Talladega, AL for youth camp this summer. We have used Student Life for our summer camp for several years now, and it has always been a great mix of learning, fellowship, and fun for our students. We have also been to Shocco Springs before, and it is a great environment for our students.

The theme for camp this year is “Take Heart” based on John 16:33. Jesus said “³³ I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

Dates for our 2021 camp are June 7 – June 11. The adults traveling with our students are Kristi Hammack, Monty Hammack, Joey Parker, and Revé Reed.

We have had a lot of support from the church, our community, and people and businesses from all around to help make this camp happen for our students this year. If you’d like to help, it’s not too late! Just talk to Kristi, email youth@bethanyhahira.com, or you can call the church office at 229-794-3156 to find out how you can contribute.

If you have a student that would like to attend camp with us, we MAY still be able to get him/her a spot… but you have to act fast. Just get with Kristi to see if there’s anything we can do to include your student this year.
